Processing time

Our orders are processed within 48 hours. Orders placed outside of business hours or during weekends will be processed within 2-3 days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping time

We currently ship to Canada only, at this time.  Unfortunately due to unknow duties/tariffs we are unable to ship to the US at this time.

Delivery times may vary based on your destination address and carrier schedules, and may take 2-7 business days. 

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Address Accuracy 

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for any delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Shipping Cost

Shipping within Canada is $12.50. Free shipping for purchases over $75 CAD. No shipping to the USA at this time.

Refund policy

We want you to love your SYLT products and we will do whatever we can to ensure a happy experience. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your SYLT purchase, please contact us at hello@syltclaycompany.com within 30 days of your purchase. We will send you a return label. A flat rate shipping fee of $12.50 will be deducted from your refund for all returns within Canada.

 

All returns must be received at our facility within 2 weeks of the return label being emailed – otherwise, we will not be able to authorize the full refund or send out another return label. We will not accept a refund without an authorized return label.

We will respond to your request within 48 hours during business hours and provide you with a return shipping label. Any original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

 

Your refund will be issued within 5 business days of receiving your return. You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed back to your original method of payment.
